Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your skin, so if a product isn't right for you, we offer a 90-day window for returns or exchanges on all full-sized items. Even if you have opened and tried the product, we are happy to help you find a better match for your unique skin needs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure they arrive safely at our facility.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
